SIF community spotlight: Tree at Frugal is a Green Journey.
Writing for people (you) makes me happy–so does hearing the different perspectives in your responses. Through the comments section of this blog, I ‘meet’ people who fascinate me with their ideas, advice and personal stories. You’re an interesting bunch, and I believe that deserves a little closer look. This week, let’s shine the spotlight on Tree.
I’m sure you’ll all recognize Tree from her regular comments here. Often, if I’m envisioning some new step–like using natural shampoo or deodorant alternatives–Tree has been there and can share some great advice. Not only does she strive for a more frugal and more sustainable lifestyle, she does it with a full-time job and two kids–one of whom is approaching the teenage years, I might add.
One of my favorite posts on Tree’s blog, Frugal is a Green Journey, drives home the difference between being green and consuming ‘green’ products. I highly recommend it.
